Drones enable fast and non-invasive site inspection. Thanks to image processing algorithms, 3D models of the terrain and objects are created, allowing measurements to be taken as precisely as if we were measuring specific elements on a construction site. This improves the efficiency of measurements and increases safety on the construction site.

The engineering and construction industry is facing quite a challenge. According to a McKinsey report, most major construction projects are completed 20 percent late and are 80 percent more expensive than originally expected. There are quite a few reasons for this, but most of them have a common denominator - the lack of use of new technologies that improve the flow of information during project execution.

The construction industry is facing further challenges. Investors are announcing an increase in the number of orders, but contractors are concerned about the lack of adequately qualified workers while wages and raw material prices are rising. How, then, to improve the efficiency of construction projects?

How many times have we thought after the fact to go back in time, to check something.... especially in the context of securing evidence. So how do you use the time machine to obtain data and evidence in managing claims throughout the investment process?

More and more industries are using drone data. Properly processed into, for example, a 3D model of an object, they become an ideal data set for generating and updating so-called digital twins.

On the one hand, as many as 280 construction companies went bankrupt or initiated restructuring proceedings in 2022. On the other hand, it is an opportunity to introduce new tools and technologies to improve decision-making processes. It is in the digitization of construction that many companies see opportunities to increase project profitability, optimization and savings.
