New features – even more precise 2D and 3D work

Key enhancements to SkySnap Portal include:

  • Visualization of points on 2D/3D sections and visualization of surfaces in 3D view – a more complete picture of measurements.
  • New base planes for volume calculations in 3D view – even more accurate calculations.
  • Ability to copy a link to a specific 2D/3D measurement – easier sharing of results.
  • Maintaining the same view range between 2D and 2D split view – consistency in data analysis.
  • Point cloud coloring during volume calculation – better visualization and interpretation.
  • Option to delete all measurements in a folder – faster data cleanup.
  • Snapping for measurements and vectors in 2D/3D – higher accuracy of operations.
  • Visualization of GIS vectors and centerlines in 3D – new analytical capabilities.
  • Shortcuts to zoom in and out from the side panel – more convenient to use.

Changes and amendments

In addition to the new features, a number of improvements have been made to the platform’s operation and bug fixes reported by users.

SkySnap available in German

A key new feature of this version is also the introduction of German language support, which opens SkySnap Portal to new markets and users in Europe.
