Webinar highlights

Digital revolution in terrain analysis

  • Time: December 16, 2025 (Tuesday), 11:00 a.m.

  • Format: online

  • Cost: free participation

About the webinar

A digital twin is more than a model – it’s a measurable, up-to-date source of data used at every stage of the investment and infrastructure lifecycle. During the webinar, we will show how SCAN-to-BIM combined with AI algorithms makes it possible:

  • Prepare accurate quotes and verify bid data based on the actual state of the infrastructure,
  • automatically generate BIM models from raid and scan data and integrate them into design processes,
  • Analyze images and point clouds to monitor work progress, detect damage (e.g., cracks, cavities, corrosion), and plan upgrades,
  • apply digital twins in managing the life cycle of a facility – from billing of works to operation to modernization.

We will show a demonstration of the process from images/RGB → point cloud → automatic classification → BIM model → reports, and practical examples: measurements of buildings, measurements of land masses and heaps, comparisons of raids over time and transformations of 2D geological cross sections to 3D surfaces.

For whom?

The webinar is dedicated to: project and construction managers, engineers and superintendents, contractors, drone operators and surveyors, infrastructure managers, and anyone responsible for bidding, billing and operating facilities.

What will you learn? (in brief)

  • You will learn the practical process of “From Data to Digital Twin” and its application in bidding.
  • You will see an end-to-end demo: drone data → point cloud → automatic classification → BIM model → reports.
  • You will learn how drones and AI are helping on Polish construction sites from planning, investment supervision, monitoring the progress of work on the site, through its settlement.
  • You’ll get tips for implementing digital twins in facility management and modernization processes.

Agenda

  1. 11:00-11:10 – Introduction: the role of the digital twin in infrastructure investment.
  2. 11:10-11:25 – SCAN-to-BIM in practice: demo of the process from raid to BIM model.
  3. 11:25-11:40 – AI in bid verification and technical analysis of existing facilities.
  4. 11:40-11:50 – Case study: work progress monitoring and damage detection on infrastructure facilities.
  5. 11:50-12:00 – Q&A – questions from participants.

  • How are drones changing property condition management? Diagnostics start with the roof.

Managing a modern building is a constant battle against the passage of time and the destructive influence of nature. Whether you're looking after an office building, an industrial hall or a housing development, the greatest dangers lurk where the eye can't see - in the highest parts of the structure and in hard-to-reach places. The roof, gutters, flashings and facade details are the front line in the clash with rain, frost and UV radiation.

  • Webinar: 23.04 Drones in Real Estate: Roof Inspections

The roof is one of the most expensive parts of a building... especially when problems are noticed too late. Leaks, damage or lingering water often remain invisible without an expensive and risky visual inspection.

What if you could check the condition of the roof quickly, accurately, and without climbing high?

During the webinar, we will show how to use roof inspection drones in practice - not just to take pictures, but to create real-world useful documentation that supports renovation decisions and conversations with contractors.
