Join the next webinar in the “SkySnap Product Updates” series and see how the SkySnap Portal is evolving in areas that make a real difference in your daily work with drone data. During this meeting, we will show two important product developments, a new inspection module for working with residential and industrial buildings, and features related to automated data processing.

This is a webinar for people who want not only to see new features, but more importantly to understand how to use them in practice, in inspections, reporting, customer service and developing service offerings. In internal arrangements, this webinar was explicitly planned as a product meeting about news, processing and inspections.

Series: SkySnap Product Updates

What the webinar will be about

During the webinar, we will show how the new inspection module in SkySnap Portal works and how it can support the creation of inspections of residential, industrial and technical buildings. We will focus on practical work with documentation, photos, signs, reports and materials that later go to the client, manager or technical team. We are keen to show these functions not in isolation, but in the context of specific applications. This direction also came up in your product talks.

The second big topic is automatic data processing. We will show how this area is developing in SkySnap, how ordering of services is to look like, how processing is to be simpler for the user, and how it can help drone companies, surveying companies, and technical teams deliver finished studies faster without extensive back-office operations. In working and communication materials, this direction is described as one of the most important product innovations.

We will also show how product development affects the convenience of daily work. Current arrangements between Tomasz and Przemyslaw include a mobile version and performance optimizations that, according to benchmarks, are expected to speed up page loading by up to 6 to 7 times. This is important especially when presenting projects, switching between investments and working with live clients.

What you will learn at the meeting

You will learn how SkySnap develops inspection functions and how they can be used to create new services around inspection of roofs, elevations, balconies or industrial facilities. You will also see how automatic processing can simplify the preparation of 3D models, orthophotos and other photogrammetric studies. In sales materials, these two areas are touted as new opportunities for developing offerings and scaling services.

We’ll also talk about how to connect new product features to customer needs, the reporting process, communication with the data recipient and the development of service offerings. This is important, because the product webinar was intended to be not only a presentation of features, but also a starting point for further questions about automation and business applications.

Who this webinar is for

The webinar is for:

drone companies looking to expand their offerings to include inspection services,
surveyors and photogrammetrists working with drone data,

Managing a modern building is a constant battle against the passage of time and the destructive influence of nature. Whether you're looking after an office building, an industrial hall or a housing development, the greatest dangers lurk where the eye can't see - in the highest parts of the structure and in hard-to-reach places. The roof, gutters, flashings and facade details are the front line in the clash with rain, frost and UV radiation.

The roof is one of the most expensive parts of a building... especially when problems are noticed too late. Leaks, damage or lingering water often remain invisible without an expensive and risky visual inspection.

During the webinar, we will show how to use roof inspection drones in practice - not just to take pictures, but to create real-world useful documentation that supports renovation decisions and conversations with contractors.

It used to be that inventories of waterfronts and reservoirs required difficult point measurements. Today, unmanned technology and the use of bathymetry make it possible to create a complete set of depth data. Having data from above and below the water yields a continuous terrain model which allows for earthwork measurements and spatial analysis.
