Scope of the project

The inventory will cover all Water Supervisors in the Zamosc River Basin, including Krasnystaw, Lubartow, Lublin, Leczna, Parczew, Radzyn Podlaski, Ryki and Zamosc.

As part of the task, specialized surveying drones will be used to inventory more than 6,500 kilometers of drainage ditches. The collected data will enable the updating and restoration of digital spatial data, which will allow more efficient management of drainage infrastructure and improve planning of maintenance and investment activities.

The project is worth PLN 5.875 million and is financed by the National Reconstruction Plan (Next Generation EU) and Polish Water’s own funds.

Signing the contract

The contract for the task was signed by Tomasz Kozlowski, a member of SkySnap’s board, and Marcin Troć, director of the Regional Water Management Board in Lublin.

Benefits of the project

  • Accurate inventory of water infrastructure using drone technology,
  • The use of modern measurement methods, enabling faster and more precise analysis of the technical condition of drainage facilities,
  • Supporting water management processes with access to up-to-date spatial data.

“The use of modern technology, such as surveying drones, makes it possible to provide high-quality data to support the management and planning of drainage infrastructure. We are pleased to once again be able to cooperate with Polish Water in the implementation of such an important project.”

Tomasz Kozlowski – Co-Founder & CTO concludes.

Managing a modern building is a constant battle against the passage of time and the destructive influence of nature. Whether you're looking after an office building, an industrial hall or a housing development, the greatest dangers lurk where the eye can't see - in the highest parts of the structure and in hard-to-reach places. The roof, gutters, flashings and facade details are the front line in the clash with rain, frost and UV radiation.

  • Webinar: 23.04 Drones in Real Estate: Roof Inspections

The roof is one of the most expensive parts of a building... especially when problems are noticed too late. Leaks, damage or lingering water often remain invisible without an expensive and risky visual inspection.

What if you could check the condition of the roof quickly, accurately, and without climbing high?

During the webinar, we will show how to use roof inspection drones in practice - not just to take pictures, but to create real-world useful documentation that supports renovation decisions and conversations with contractors.
