Marketing Communication Rules

I. RULES FOR USING MARKETING SERVICES

  2. In matters concerning the protection of your personal data, you may contact the appointed Data Protection Officer, Ms Daria Bartnicka, by e-mail at: iod@odokancelaria.pl

  3. Receiving marketing information for direct marketing purposes is voluntary and is possible only after the interested person has given their prior consent.

  4. Marketing information is provided through the following communication channels and in the following forms:

    1. by e-mail, in the form of e-mail messages,

    2. via telecommunications terminal equipment, in the form of SMS text messages and telephone calls,

    3. via WhatsApp.

    Please note that if you consent to being contacted by telephone, such calls will be recorded. If you do not consent to calls being recorded, please choose another communication channel.

  5. The data used for the above communication includes your e-mail address and telephone number.

  6. A person receiving marketing information may withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time. To exercise their rights, they may submit a request by e-mail to: kontakt@skysnap.pl

II. RULES FOR USING THE NEWSLETTER SERVICE

  1. Use of the Newsletter service is voluntary.

  2. Registration in the subscriber database may take place, optionally, by:

    1. subscribing independently using the dedicated form available at skysnap.com,

    2. giving additional consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes, including receiving the Newsletter, wherever Newsletter subscription is made available.

  3. The Service is provided free of charge for an indefinite period.

  4. The Service Recipient may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time with immediate effect by informing the Service Provider in any form, for example in writing, by telephone, by e-mail, or by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each electronic message constituting the Newsletter. Unsubscribing shall be equivalent to terminating the agreement for the provision of electronic services relating to the Newsletter.

  5. The Service is provided through the following service providers:

III. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

  1. We will process personal data for the purpose of providing marketing information on the basis of the consent given, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”, in conjunction with the Act of 16 July 2004 – Telecommunications Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1648, as amended) and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 344, as amended).

  2. Recipients to whom personal data may be disclosed include entities with which the Controller has entered into agreements for the provision of maintenance and support services for the IT systems used by the Controller, entities responsible for Newsletter distribution, as well as other entities and authorities authorised under applicable law.

  3. In the case of data used for marketing communication purposes, personal data will be stored until consent to its processing is withdrawn or until the Newsletter is discontinued.

  4. A person who has consented to marketing communication has the following rights in relation to the processing of their personal data:

    1. the right to access their data and obtain a copy thereof,

    2. the right to rectify or correct their data,

    3. the right to have their personal data erased,

    4. the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal,

    5. the right to restrict or object to the processing of personal data,

    6. the right to object to the processing of personal data on grounds relating to their particular situation where the Controller processes the data on the basis of its legitimate interests. Such an objection may be raised at any time by sending correspondence electronically or in writing to the addresses indicated above,

    7. the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

  5. Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide such data will make it impossible to send marketing information or the Newsletter.
