SkySnap Referral Program Regulations
1. introduction
1.1 The Organizer of the Referral Program (the “Program”) is SkySnap sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw, Aleje Jerozolimskie 81, 02-001 Warsaw, registered in the National Court Register under the number 0000579696, NIP 5223040482, with a share capital of PLN 16,400.
1.2 The purpose of the Program is to enable existing SkySnap Portal users to recommend services to new customers and receive the reward specified in these Terms and Conditions in return.
1.3 By participating in the Program, the Participant accepts these Regulations.
2 Eligibility
2.1 Any natural person 18 years of age or older may be a participant in the Program.
2.2 The program is intended for SkySnap Portal customers and users only.
2.3 SkySnap employees and their immediate family members may not participate in the Program.
3 Recommendation rules
3.1 The command can be reported by:
- sending an e-mail intro to: agnieszka.kordus@skysnap.pl,
- asking a friend to enter the Referrer’s name as a referral code when registering,
- Filling out the “Refer a friend” form available on the SkySnap Portal website.
3.2 A successful referral is considered to be when the Referrer registers on the SkySnap Portal and purchases a paid subscription.
4 Awards
4.1 The Referrer receives 400 PLN net in the form of a gift voucher (to be selected from the list of available partners).
4.2 The prize will be awarded upon confirmation of the Referral:
- paid the first two monthly subscriptions,
either - paid an invoice covering a billing period of 6, 12 or 24 months.
4.3 The prize is not exchangeable for cash or other benefits.
5 Limitations
5.1 Referrers may not refer themselves or create fictitious accounts.
5.2 The program cannot be combined with other SkySnap promotional actions.
5.3 Referrals must be made in good faith – spamming and mass posting of links is prohibited.
6. fraud and abuse
SkySnap reserves the right to disqualify any Participant if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or abuse of the Program.
7 Privacy
By participating in the Program, you consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with SkySnap’s Privacy Policy.
8 Amendments and termination of the Program
8.1 SkySnap reserves the right to change the Program rules or terminate the Program at any time.
8.2 In the event of termination of the Program, all claimed and verified prizes will be paid.
9. accountability
SkySnap’s total liability to the Participant in connection with the Program will not exceed the value of the awarded prize.
10 Applicable law
The regulations are governed by Polish law.
