Our tools help companies in the construction, surveying, and drone sectors optimize processes and make better business decisions. We are already present on many construction sites in Poland, working with the biggest companies in the industry. Now, we aim to expand our reach and need you to help grow our sales in international markets.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Managing the sales process from the first contact to closing the deal, focusing on handling prospects handed over by the SDR team.
  • Close collaboration with the SDR team, marketing, and technical departments.
  • Negotiating contracts and terms of cooperation.
  • Identifying customer needs and proposing the best solutions.
  • Conducting presentations and software demos for B2B clients.
  • Actively seeking new clients and managing relationships with existing ones.

What We Expect:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.
  • Previous managerial experience in sales is highly welcomed.
  • Experience in the construction, surveying, or drone industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is highly desirable; knowledge of Polish is a plus but not required. – we are expanding globally, and more and more of our clients are from outside Poland!
  • Familiarity with sales tools: CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, etc.
  • Ability to work with both inbound and outbound leads.
  • Knowledge of negotiation techniques and successful deal-closing strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build client relationships.
  • Ability to manage the entire sales process – from first contact to closing the deal.
