Regulations of the processing service

1. Data processing – The service of processing raw data from drones or other surveying devices into digital products, such as orthophotos,, point clouds, according to the rules set forth in these regulations.
2. SkySnap portal – an online platform (app.skysnap.pl) through which processed data and tools for project management and spatial analysis are made available.
3. Purchaser – an entity using the SkySnap data processing service, having purchased at least the basic SkySnap Portal package.
4. Contractor – SkySnap Ltd. providing data processing service and SkySnap Portal.

1. The service includes professional processing of photogrammetric data uploaded by the Ordering Party to the disk provided by the Contractor.
2. As part of the service, the Contractor generates orthophotos, point clouds and other products indicated in the order.
3. Processed data shall be made available to the Ordering Party exclusively through the SkySnap Portal, with the option of downloading to a local drive or providing online access to the Ordering Party’s customers.

At the individual request of the Ordering Party, SkySnap can realize the processing of other types of data and prepare additional products, such as:

• LiDAR data processing (including alignment and classification),
• Development of measurement reports,
• spatial analyses,
• balance of earthworks,
• Generation of a numerical terrain model (NMT),
• processing of thermal and multispectral data.

The scope, terms and pricing of such services are determined individually on the basis of a detailed inquiry by the orderer.

1. The purchaser is required to purchase at least the basic SkySnap Portal package.
2. The Ordering Party should inform the Contractor about the planned data processing order at least 3 working days before the planned data loading by sending a notification to the indicated e-mail address.
3. Once the data has been uploaded to the shared drive, the Ordering Party shall inform the Contractor by email that the upload has been completed.
4. The Contractor undertakes to provide access to data processing products within 24 hours of receiving notification, excluding holidays. For large projects, the deadline is set individually.
5. In case of delay in making the products available, the Contractor shall pay the Ordering Party a contractual penalty in the amount of 10% of the gross remuneration for the service for each commenced day of delay, but no more than 40% of the value of the remuneration, excluding situations beyond the control of the Contractor (force majeure, errors on the part of the Ordering Party).

1. The Ordering Party shall be responsible for the quality and completeness of the submitted data. If defects are found that prevent proper processing, the Contractor will inform the Ordering Party of the need to complete or correct the data.
2. The Contractor shall ensure the confidentiality and security of the processed data, in accordance with applicable laws and SkySnap’s security policy.
3. All complaints about the service should be submitted by email to portal@skysnap.pl. The Contractor shall process the complaint within 24 hours of receiving the notification.

1. Usługa procesowania danych rozliczana jest zgodnie z aktualnym cennikiem opublikowanym na stronie internetowej Wykonawcy (https://skysnap.com/cennik-2024/#kalkulator).
2. Po wykonaniu usługi Zamawiający otrzymuje fakturę VAT, którą opłaca przelewem w terminie wskazanym na fakturze.
3. Brak terminowej płatności skutkuje naliczeniem odsetek ustawowych za każdy dzień zwłoki.

1. Detailed terms and conditions for the provision of data processing services and use of the SkySnap Portal are set forth in these terms and conditions, the agreement and the SkySnap Portal terms and conditions.
2. In matters not regulated, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
3. Any changes to the regulations must be made in writing.
