Pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1513, consolidated text of 14 October 2024), Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (Official Journal of the European Union L 119, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as the \u201cGDPR\u201d, and the Act of 12 July 2024 \u2013 Electronic Communications Law, the Service Provider hereby introduces these Terms and Conditions, which specify in particular the types and scope of services provided electronically, the terms and conditions for the provision of such services, including technical requirements and the prohibition on providing unlawful content, the terms and conditions for entering into and terminating agreements for the provision of electronic services, as well as the complaints procedure.<\/p>\n
Definitions of terms used in these Terms and Conditions:<\/p>\n
Service Provider<\/strong> \u2013 SkySnap sp. z o.o., al. Jerozolimskie 81, 02-001 Warsaw, Poland, tel. +48 732 145 436.<\/p>\n Website<\/strong> \u2013 the Service Provider\u2019s website through which the Services are provided: https:\/\/skysnap.pl\/<\/a><\/p>\n Service<\/strong> \u2013 a service provided electronically, performed by sending and receiving data via ICT systems at the individual request of the Service Recipient, without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, where such data is transmitted through public networks (the Internet). The Service Provider offers the following Services:<\/p>\n Service Recipient<\/strong> \u2013 any entity using the Services provided by the Service Provider, which is a party to an agreement for the provision of electronic services and which, by using the Services, agrees to comply with and accepts these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n The Controller provides the Newsletter service electronically.<\/p>\n The Newsletter service consists of sending information concerning offers, promotions and events related to the Service Provider\u2019s activities to the e-mail address provided by the User. The Controller notes that the Newsletter will not be sent at regular intervals (e.g. monthly). Newsletter distribution will depend on promotional activities undertaken by the Service Provider and will therefore be irregular.<\/p>\n The Newsletter service may be provided via:<\/p>\n The Service is provided free of charge for an indefinite period, until consent is withdrawn or until the Service Provider discontinues the Newsletter.<\/p>\n The Service Recipient consents to receiving the Newsletter by providing their contact details for this purpose. Consent to receiving commercial information from the Service Provider by means of electronic communication is granted by ticking the relevant checkbox and is subject to the applicable marketing communication rules.<\/p>\n The Service Provider provides a service consisting of responding to questions relating to its services, customer support, terms of cooperation, including requests for pricing information, and similar enquiries.<\/p>\n Questions may be submitted through the Contact Form. For this purpose, it is necessary to provide the subject of the enquiry, e-mail address, first and last name, enter the content of the message and click the \u201cSend message\u201d button. Failure to provide an e-mail address will prevent the Service Provider from sending a response to the Service Recipient\u2019s enquiry.<\/p>\n The Service Provider will use reasonable efforts to respond to an enquiry within no more than 2 days, excluding Saturdays and statutory public holidays.<\/p>\n The Webinar Service is provided in the form of remote expert lectures.<\/p>\n Webinars are provided free of charge.<\/p>\n Participation in a Webinar requires registration and the provision of the following data: first and last name, telephone number, e-mail address, company name and, optionally, area of business activity.<\/p>\n The scope of each Webinar is specified in the participation terms available on the relevant Webinar page. Where the provisions of the participation terms differ from the provisions of this Chapter, the participation terms shall prevail.<\/p>\n The Service Provider provides the Chat service electronically, enabling the Service Recipient to contact the Service Provider in real time via a chat window available on the Website.<\/p>\n The Chat service is intended to provide basic information concerning the Service Provider\u2019s services, terms of cooperation, functionalities of the solutions offered and initial handling of enquiries submitted by Service Recipients.<\/p>\n Use of the Chat service may require the Service Recipient to provide selected data, in particular their name, e-mail address or telephone number, where necessary for handling the enquiry or providing a response.<\/p>\n The Chat service is auxiliary and informational in nature and does not constitute a channel for submitting complaints unless the Service Provider expressly states otherwise.<\/p>\n The Service Provider reserves the right to provide responses through the Chat either automatically or through an authorised representative of the Service Provider.<\/p>\n The Chat service is provided free of charge and is available while the Website is operational, subject to technical or maintenance interruptions and limitations resulting from staff availability.<\/p>\n The Service Recipient is required to use the Chat service in compliance with applicable law, generally accepted standards of conduct and these Terms and Conditions, and in particular must not provide unlawful content.<\/p>\n The terms and conditions for the provision and use of the professional photogrammetric data processing service, involving data submitted by the Client to a storage location made available by the Contractor, are set out in the Processing Service Terms and Conditions.<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n\n
