\u00a71 Definitions<\/span><\/h2><\/h2><\/div>

  1. Data processing <\/b>– The service of processing raw data from drones or other surveying devices into digital products, such as orthophotos,, point clouds, according to the rules set forth in these regulations.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. SkySnap portal<\/b> – an online platform (app.skysnap.pl) through which processed data and tools for project management and spatial analysis are made available.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Purchaser<\/b> – an entity using the SkySnap data processing service, having purchased at least the basic SkySnap Portal package.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Contractor<\/b> – SkySnap Ltd. providing data processing service and SkySnap Portal.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>

    \u00a72 Scope of service<\/span><\/h2><\/h2><\/div>
      \n
    1. The service includes professional processing of photogrammetric data uploaded by the Ordering Party to the disk provided by the Contractor.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. As part of the service, the Contractor generates orthophotos, point clouds and other products indicated in the order.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Processed data shall be made available to the Ordering Party exclusively through the SkySnap Portal, with the option of downloading to a local drive or providing online access to the Ordering Party’s customers.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>

      \u00a73 Custom services and individual orders<\/span><\/h2><\/h2><\/div>

      At the individual request of the Ordering Party, SkySnap can realize the processing of other types of data and prepare additional products, such as:<\/span><\/p>\n
